From a young age, music has been at the center of my life. My journey began with a deep passion for singing, which eventually led me to pursue a Bachelor of Music and later a Master of Music Business. These academic experiences gave me not only the technical foundation to understand music at a professional level but also the business insight to navigate the industry with confidence.

My vocal path has been shaped by a wide range of experiences across the music world. As a professional singer signed to an entertainment company, I learned the realities of performance and the discipline required to succeed on stage. Over the years, I have performed in concerts, worked as a vocal coach for TV programs, entertainment companies, academies, and youth centers, and served as a judge for auditions and song festivals. Beyond performance and coaching, I have also contributed as a producer, vocal director, and mixer for albums and commercial music. Working both behind the microphone and behind the scenes has given me a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to grow as a vocalist and an artist.  For me, teaching is more than just developing technical skill - it’s about helping students discover their own unique voice and confidence. One of the greatest joys in my life has been witnessing students achieve breakthroughs in their singing, whether that means hitting a note they never thought possible or finding the courage to perform for the first time. I see vocal training not just as teaching music, but as nurturing self-expression and personal growth. Equally rewarding is helping students correct long-standing vocal issues, such as tones that have been a source of insecurity since childhood, or guiding students to properly produce sound when years of incorrect technique have strained or damaged their vocal cords.  It would be my honour to guide students in discovering the power of their own voices. Together, we can build not only strong technique but also the confidence and artistry to shine both on stage and beyond.

I graduated from the University of Arts with a degree in Jazz Studies and have been fortunate to work across diverse fields of music ever since. My professional journey has included serving as Music Director for Northern Stars (Game Audio) and Winter (3D Animation), performing as a pit musician for New Cavem Productions musicals, and working as a Sound Designer and Composer with Chamo Games and Silverpine Studio.

Unlike many musicians who began training from a very young age, I actually started music relatively late. This meant that in school I was always playing catch-up, and other students didn’t slow down to wait for me. To keep up, I had to push myself twice, even three times as hard, not only to catch them, but to go beyond. That experience taught me the value of resilience, discipline, and persistence.

Because of this journey, I deeply understand the struggles that students go through when learning music. I know how frustrating it can feel to fall behind, and how much effort it takes to move forward. That’s why I teach with both empathy and determination: I’ll push you hard, but it’s only because I believe in your potential. Just as I once turned my late start into strength, I want to help my students discover that same power within themselves and reach their goals in music.

I never imagined I would become so passionate about teaching until high school, when I started tutoring English as a part-time job. At first, I just wanted to help classmates who were struggling with grammar and vocabulary. But as I spent more time explaining things and watching them improve, I realized how much I enjoyed it. What I thought would be temporary turned into something that shaped the direction of my life.  Over the years, I’ve learned that teaching English isn’t only about fixing mistakes or going over rules. It’s really about building confidence and showing students that language can be a way to express themselves. I’ve guided students through essays, speaking practice, and exam preparation, but what I care about most is creating an atmosphere where they feel comfortable enough to try, even if they make mistakes.  Some of my favorite moments are when I see real change in students. I’ve had shy learners who were too nervous to speak become proud of their voices, and I’ve seen students who felt lost in long texts slowly realize they could handle them. Each step forward—no matter how small—feels like an accomplishment we share.  Teaching has shaped the way I look at the world. It’s taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of celebrating progress instead of only focusing on results. For me, English is more than a school subject; it’s a bridge that connects people to opportunities, ideas, and each other. I want to keep guiding students along this path, helping them grow not just in their skills but also in their confidence.
